Our Process
Sterile Processing Express (SPDx) uses a state of the art purpose built facility and follows all industry and manufacturer guidelines for processing, packaging, storage, and transportation of the instrumentation.
We have an experienced leadership team and use certified technicians for the processing. Our mobile technicians are trained to properly manage the delivery of the sterile instrumentation and the retrieval of the contaminated sets post surgery.
Our information systems give all of the participants a real time status view of scheduling and handling process.
Processing to IFU Standards
We have all of the machinery, processing time, and people needed to manage difficult IFU standards.
Sterile Vendor Trays Delivered Per Case
We deliver sterile instrumentation the day prior to the scheduled surgical event.
Contaminated Tray Pick Up Post Surgery
We retrieve instrumentation post surgery and return it to SPDx for processing.

We deliver sterile vendor trays ready for patient care and pick up those same trays post procedure for processing in our modern purpose built sterilization facility. Our vendor solution expands the visibility of surgery activity in the territories, delivers sophisticated logistic support, reduces set up errors, and creates more selling time for sales reps.
