With over 37 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and service business, Mr. Heil brings an exceptional leadership background, which also includes 8 years of CEO and Board of Director experience in the healthcare industry.
Additionally, Mr. Heil was a member of White House COVID 19 Response Team and Operation Warp Speed.
Dick Winiker | General Manager
With 30 years of experience in orthopedics, encompassing both sales and business ownership, Mr. Winiker brings a deep understanding of the industry and its market dynamics. His expertise is further specialized with 20 years dedicated to the total joint industry, providing a comprehensive perspective on joint replacement therapies and solutions. This blend of experiences has honed Mr. Winiker's ability to drive growth, manage key relationships, and deliver superior patient outcomes.
Candace Schlicklin, CSPM | Director of Clinical Operations
Ms. Schlicklin has a substantial background in Sterile Processing Department (SPD) management, with 17 years of experience leading large departments at major healthcare institutions including Banner Health, St. Mary Mercy Livonia, and Phoenix Children's Hospital. Her experience also includes 13 years of service as a Surgical Technologist/SPD in the US Army Reserve.
Brad Schoening, CPA MBA | VP of Finance
Mr. Schoening has spent fifteen years in strategic finance, scaling organizations from $2 million to $250 million. His industry experience includes healthcare, SaaS, financial services, and ecommerce where he is routinely a first or early finance hire trusted with operational growth. He is a Licensed CPA in Illinois.
